Refund & Cancellation Policy

A pass is a digital service that starts immediately after payment. It is a one-time payment — there is no auto-renewal or recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel.
2. When you get a refund
Full refund if you were charged twice, if your payment went through but the pass did not activate, or if a technical problem on our side stopped you using it — provided you tell us within 7 days of paying.
3. When refunds are not given
Change of mind after the pass has been used to view listings, or after the pass has expired.
4. How to ask
Email ksridh1@gmail.com with your registered email and the order or payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 7 days.
5. Refund time
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment gateway (Cashfree) within 5–7 working days.
